We like to keep things clear so our terms of trading are short and to the point.
We offer to sell the goods and products as advertised on our web site – jensfancydress.com – at the price shown.
You – the customer – buy the products you can pay by credit/debit card or Paypal secure payment service.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt but would ask you to allow 7 – 14 days in the event that stock is not available. If you need your order faster, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to assist you, It is your responsibility to make arrangements for parcels to be received at the delivery address. If we cannot deliver through no fault of ours, or our couriers, we will may charge a 15% redirecting charge before refunding your payment.

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
On receipt of your email requesting to return goods, customer care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please use this number on all correspondence regarding the return of your goods, along with your name, address and original order number. Please include it with your return so we can process your return promptly. All goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition, unworn and in their original, undamaged and un-marked packaging. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, for example: hosiery, underwear, wigs etc. - please check when requesting your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel (see our terms below), or your legal rights in relation to faulty, or misdescribed, products. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
